How To Connect Hostinger Domain To Vercel

In this tutorial we will see how to connect Hostinger domain to Vercel, So if you have a website or api hosted at vercel and you want to connect a domain from Hostinger then follow this tutorial till the end.

1. Add Domain To Vercel

1. Login to your Vercel dashboard and go to the project you want to connect domain to.
2. In the project dashboard go to Settings > Domains, It will open the following domains page:

3. Type your Hostinger domain you want to add in the search bar and click on add. It will open a popup asking you if you want to use www redirect or not you can go with the recommended one which will redirect all traffic from www.domain.com to domain.com.

4. Now it will display A Record which we will need to add in Hostinger DNS for connecting Hostinger domain to Vercel.

So now the work at Vercel is done but keep the page open and go to your Hostinger account.

2. Add Vercel Dns Record To Hostinger

1. Login to your Hostinger account.
2. In the sidebar go to Domains > Domains Portfolio, It will list all your domains now click on Manage on the domain you want to connect to Vercel.

3. In the domain page go to DNS/Nameservers. It will display all your DNS records of your domain.
4. In the manage dns section add the dns record details provided by vercel and click on Add Record

Now you can go back to Vercel and click on refresh button and you should see domain connected, if you are not seeing it then wait for some time as it can take some time for domain propogation.
