Have a domain at Hostinger want to move it to godaddy then this article is for you because in this tutorial we will see how to transfer domain from Hostinger to Godaddy.

Note: If you have recently purchased the domain and it has not been more then 60 days then you cannot transfer your domain and also make sure to transfer your domain before 7 days of its expiry as it takes around 5 to 7 days to complete domain transfer process to Godaddy.

It is a very easy process there are 2 steps you need to follow first we need to unlock the domain at Hostinger and then initiate the transfer at Godaddy so make sure you follow the both steps carefully inorder to successfully transfer your Hostinger domain to Godaddy so let's start.

1. Unlock domain at Hostinger

• Login in to your Hostinger account.
• Go to domains Overview section you will see page like below:

• So enter the secret key and click continue.
• Then it will ask you if you want to buy domain privacy protection you can click I don't want and continue.
• Then it will redirect you to the checkout page so make sure you complete this checkout process by paying the required amount.

So after completing the payment process, If you go and check in your domains section of Godaddy you will not see your domain listed which you transferred now as it takes around 5 to 7 days to complete the transfer.
